Refund and Returns Policy
This Refund and Returns Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases of digital products made through Switchblade.Live (“the Site”). By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.
1. General Policy for Digital Goods
All products sold on the Site are digital in nature, including but not limited to audio files (MP3, WAV, FLAC), sample packs, presets, stems, and digital sheet music. Due to the immediate accessibility of digital content, all sales are final.
Once a download link has been delivered to the customer or a download has been initiated, the transaction is considered complete and non‑refundable. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted for digital items except as expressly provided in this Policy.
2. Download Limits and Access Window
Each purchased digital item includes the following access limitations:
- A maximum of three (3) download attempts per purchased file.
- A download availability period of five (5) days beginning at the time of purchase.
Upon reaching either the download limit or the expiration of the five‑day access window (whichever occurs first), the download link will automatically deactivate. After deactivation, the files will no longer be accessible.
Customers are responsible for downloading and securely storing their purchased files within the provided access period. The Site is not obligated to reissue expired or exhausted download links.
3. Exceptions and Limited Refund Eligibility
Although digital sales are generally non‑refundable, the Site will review refund or replacement requests under the following limited circumstances:
A. Corrupted or Defective Files If a purchased file is corrupted, incomplete, or fails to function as intended, the customer must notify the Site promptly. The Site will first attempt to repair or replace the defective file. If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund may be issued at the Site’s discretion.
B. Duplicate Purchases If the customer unintentionally purchases the same digital item more than once within a single transaction or within a 24‑hour period, the Site will refund the duplicate charge upon verification.
C. Accidental Purchases (Undownloaded) If a customer purchases an item in error and has not clicked the download link or streamed the asset, the customer may request a refund within seven (7) days of purchase. Refund eligibility is void once the download link has been accessed.
All refund decisions are made on a case‑by‑case basis and are granted solely at the discretion of the Site.
4. Purchases Through Third‑Party Platforms
If a customer purchases music or digital content through a third‑party platform (including but not limited to Apple/iTunes, Google Play, Bandcamp, or Amazon Music), the transaction is governed exclusively by that platform’s billing and refund policies.
The Site cannot issue refunds, credits, or adjustments for purchases processed outside of Switchblade.Live.
5. Requesting Support or Assistance
To request assistance regarding a defective file, duplicate purchase, or other issue covered under this Policy, customers must contact the Site and provide the following information:
- Order Number
- Email Address used at checkout
- Description of the issue
Support Email: SWITCHBLADE.LIVE@GMAIL.COM
Failure to provide sufficient information may delay or prevent resolution.
6. Amendments
The Site reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Policy at any time without prior notice. The version posted on the Site at the time of purchase shall govern that transaction.
